Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Kalimantan region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional activities
- Represent company at industry events and trade shows
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in FMCG or food industry
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Proven ability to work independently in remote areas
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English communication skills preferred
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel extensively
- Deep understanding of Kalimantan market dynamics preferred
