Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales strategies and achieve revenue targets for the manufacturing division.
- Manage end-to-end program lifecycles from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with the production and engineering teams to resolve issues and optimize supply chain processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Prepare accurate reports on sales performance, program progress, and market analysis.
- Identify market trends and the competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and program management within the manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
