Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic requirements, spatial needs, and budget constraints for custom cabinetry projects.
- Develop detailed 2D/3D design concepts and technical drawings for built-in furniture and cabinetry.
- Prepare accurate project quotations, proposals, and sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including site measurements, material selection, and coordination with production teams.
- Ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high standards of quality control and design integrity.
- Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure seamless delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in residential interior design or custom cabinetry project management.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar industry-standard tools.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of modern cabinetry design trends and materials.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative creative team.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
