Total Integrated Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Project Engineer to join our growing team in Woodlands. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the development and growth of our product distribution network, bridging the gap between technical engineering and commercial sales strategies. You will actively participate in marketing initiatives and strategic planning for both new and existing product lines, ensuring our solutions meet market demands.
As a Sales & Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle, from initial client engagement and technical presentations to project execution and delivery. Your expertise will help streamline our operations and enhance customer satisfaction. We are looking for a proactive professional who can drive revenue while ensuring the highest standards of engineering quality.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to project closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project lifecycles, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and product niches.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and sales reports for senior management review.
- Collaborate with the engineering department to customize solutions tailored to specific client needs.
- Monitor market trends to recommend improvements for existing product portfolios.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Sales & Project Engineering role.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
