Are you a driven technical professional with a passion for business development? Syspex is seeking a dynamic Sales Project Engineer to join our team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality industrial equipment solutions and our clients' operational needs. You will manage the full sales cycle for industrial products including doors, racking systems, forklifts, and related facility equipment.

We are looking for an individual who understands the technical nuances of industrial equipment and can translate those features into value for our clients. Whether you are conducting site visits, preparing technical proposals, or negotiating high-value contracts, your goal will be to drive growth while maintaining the high service standards that Syspex is known for.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial and logistics sectors.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and site assessments to determine the best equipment solutions for clients.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and project timelines aligned with client requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including project managers, procurement heads, and site engineers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to post-installation customer follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales strategy.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil) or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in technical sales or project engineering, preferably in industrial equipment.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse systems, industrial doors, or material handling equipment (MHE).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software for sales pipeline management.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client site visits within the region.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and basic English proficiency.
