Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive project proposals, quotations, and tender documents in alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and budget constraints.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and technical adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to resolve technical hurdles during project execution.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and stay ahead of competitive developments.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements across all projects.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in technical sales or project coordination, preferably in an engineering environment.
- Proven track record in managing client expectations and delivering projects on schedule.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
