Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and client outreach to closing deals.
- Act as the primary point of contact between international suppliers and local clients.
- Coordinate project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any logistical issues.
- Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and sales reports for management review.
- Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate client and project information.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitive landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Bilingual proficiency preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or project coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a multicultural environment.
