You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, identifying untapped market opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored sales proposals to prospective customers.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to close deals and secure contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
