Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in Indonesia's manufacturing/distribution sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software and database management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel across Jawa Tengah (Semarang, Yogyakarta, Solo)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales analytics tools
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
