In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between technical sales and strategic marketing, specializing in cutting-edge solutions including IoT, CCTV, Access Control, Door Locks, and Barrier Gate systems.

We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to position complex security infrastructure to B2B clients. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and market research to closing large-scale project deals and managing post-sales client relationships. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for CCTV, Access Control, and IoT security systems.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, site visits, project scoping, and contract negotiation.
  • Execute strategic marketing initiatives to build brand awareness within the security and automation industry.
  • Provide technical consultation to clients regarding system integration and product functionality.
  • Develop detailed project proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and implementation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage in the Jakarta market.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the security, IT, or building automation sector.
  • Strong understanding of CCTV, IP Surveillance, Access Control systems, and IoT architecture.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into effective business solutions.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and standard office productivity suites.
  • Willingness to travel locally within the Jakarta area as required by project demands.
