Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute sales projects from initiation to completion on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to management.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and develop effective sales strategies.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral and promotional materials.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or project management roles.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and deadlines.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (preferred).
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
