Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor sales project teams to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Cultivate strategic relationships with developers, contractors, and industry consultants
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for assigned projects
- Monitor project progress and sales KPIs, providing regular performance reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) for seamless execution
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolio in the region
- Negotiate contracts and agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or project coordination
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in property/construction sector
- Strong proficiency in stakeholder management and contract negotiation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in deadline-driven environments
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
