We are seeking a dynamic Sales Project Manager to join our team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance by effectively managing sales programs and ensuring the successful execution of field operations. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, optimizing visit routes, and coordinating logistics and facilities for business partners. You will act as a strategic partner to the sales team, ensuring that all project goals are met efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with our partners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing and managing daily sales activities to ensure all targets regarding visits, routes, and accommodation are achieved.
- Planning and optimizing sales routes and schedules for field staff to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinating logistics, accommodation, and infrastructure for sales partners and field teams.
- Maintaining strong relationships with business partners (mitra usaha) to ensure smooth operations and support.
- Monitoring project progress and preparing regular reports on sales performance and KPIs.
- Identifying operational challenges and proposing solutions to improve sales processes.
- Collaborating with internal departments to support sales initiatives and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Project Management, or Field Operations.
- Strong understanding of route planning and sales territory management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
