RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales Project Manager to join our team, focusing on HVAC and Chiller cooling solutions specifically tailored for the rapidly expanding Data Center sector.
In this high-impact role, you will act as the bridge between our engineering capabilities and our clients' operational needs. You will spearhead the end-to-end sales project cycle—from initial consultation and technical system design to final handover. The ideal candidate understands the unique thermal management requirements of high-density data centers and has the commercial acumen to convert technical specifications into winning business proposals.
You will work out of the East Region, collaborating with a high-performance team to deliver cooling systems that ensure uptime and energy efficiency for our enterprise clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical sales presentations and develop bespoke HVAC cooling solutions for data center clients.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between engineering specifications, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including facility managers, data center architects, and procurement teams.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to provide accurate thermal management recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless installation, commissioning, and handover of cooling systems.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, tender submissions, and technical documentation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in cooling technology, such as liquid cooling and energy-efficient chiller systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in technical sales, project management, or business development within the HVAC or Chiller industry.
- Direct experience working with Data Center cooling infrastructure is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, psychrometrics, and critical facility cooling requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in the East region.
