Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including in-person visits, phone calls, and digital platforms
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their furniture requirements, preferences, and budget constraints
- Present and demonstrate furniture products, highlighting features, materials, and design options that meet client needs
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotes, including pricing, delivery timelines, and customization options
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of furniture products according to client specifications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product offerings, and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture sales or project sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of furniture materials, design trends, and industry standards
- Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel and conduct field operations as required
