Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in coatings, marine, or industrial sectors
- Proven track record in project-based sales with complex solutions
- Strong technical aptitude for understanding coating specifications and applications
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with executive-level clients
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and site visits
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
