Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to project closure, ensuring alignment with company sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the construction sector.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely project delivery and quality assurance.
- Conduct site visits and provide expert consultation on porcelain products and project specifications.
- Prepare detailed project proposals, cost estimates, and contracts to secure business opportunities.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials or porcelain industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to travel to project sites and client locations as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to business.
