Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new project business opportunities in Yogyakarta and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and project owners
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals aligned with client requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or project-based sales
- Proven track record in developing client relationships and closing deals
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of retail/consumer products industry and construction sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with target-driven mindset
- Valid driver's license and willingness for local travel
