As a Promodiser, you will actively demonstrate product features, explain craftsmanship, and close sales to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a product expert and brand ambassador for Ital Design Furniture Depot's premium collections.
- Proactively approach customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable furniture and décor solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and individual KPIs to maximize commission earnings.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and highlight the unique features, materials, and benefits of our furniture.
- Ensure the showroom is impeccably maintained and visually appealing at all times according to merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and build a personal client book to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team on inventory management and display updates for new collections.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales; experience in furniture, home décor, or luxury goods is highly preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Filipino.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities with a hunter mentality.
- Passion for home design and a genuine desire to help customers create their dream spaces.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Tech-savvy with experience in POS systems and basic MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Must be personable, presentable, and highly energetic to represent a premium brand.
