Tanggung Jawab

  • Participate in sales events and community engagements to drive brand visibility and customer interest.
  • Provide basic aftersales support during the onboarding period to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of products in retail or promotional spaces.
  • Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising activities.
  • Interact directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable feedback to management.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales promotion, retail sales, or customer service is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by sales events.
  • Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods during events.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
