- Participate in sales events and community engagements to drive brand visibility and customer interest.
- Provide basic aftersales support during the onboarding period to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of products in retail or promotional spaces.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising activities.
- Interact directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable feedback to management.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales promotion, retail sales, or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by sales events.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods during events.
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
