Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and engage customers to understand their specific home furnishing needs.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain the benefits of various furniture pieces.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Efficiently handle product assembly tasks to ensure display items are showroom-ready.
- Assist in the physical movement and arrangement of furniture stock within the sales area.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report stock requirements to management.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or merchandising preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, moving, and assembling furniture items.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail in visual presentation.
- Willingness to learn and represent the San-Yang Furniture brand with pride.
