In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring our products are displayed attractively and our store environment is welcoming.
You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product recommendations, and ensuring the store floor is organized and well-stocked. We are seeking a reliable individual who is physically fit and eager to learn, as this position involves some light lifting and furniture assembly. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product selection and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales.
- Ensure product displays are visually appealing, organized, and updated according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves to maintain product availability.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Perform light lifting and basic furniture assembly as needed for display setups.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or merchandising is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items up to 20kg.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of furniture products and assembly is a plus.
