As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving community outreach programs, promoting membership enrollment, and building strategic partnerships within the Paranaque City area and surrounding Metro Manila regions. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive community outreach and recruitment initiatives to achieve monthly membership targets
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing and field marketing activities in assigned areas
- Build and maintain partnerships with local community leaders and organizations
- Present and explain membership benefits to potential members effectively
- Track and report sales progress and recruitment activities daily
- Participate in community events, fairs, and marketing activities
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly membership enrollment goals
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support to new members
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or canvassing is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and determination
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a field environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Filipino nationals with local area knowledge preferred
- Valid ID and ability to work flexible hours including weekends
