Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival to create a positive first impression.
- Demonstrate and showcase laptop features and specifications to potential buyers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to meet their requirements.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems is highly preferred.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment as well as independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Willingness to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous sales experience in retail or electronics is a plus but not required.
