Tanggung Jawab

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned area, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
  • Conduct daily visits to merchants and cultivate strong relationships with point of contact (PIC) stores to enhance brand presence.
  • Ensure the effective implementation and execution of sales programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
  • Train, mentor, and lead a team of sales promoters to improve their skills, productivity, and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory, and submit regular performance reports.
  • Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and professionalism in all interactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets with measurable results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Experience in field sales, managing key accounts, or coordinating with merchants and distributors.
