Tanggung Jawab
- Promote Indodana's paylater products to retail customers through engaging demonstrations and consultations
- Explain product features, benefits, and application processes clearly to diverse consumer segments
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in assigned retail locations
- Build strong relationships with store staff and retail partners to drive product adoption
- Conduct market research and customer feedback collection to inform product improvements
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily activity reports
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expert knowledge of fintech solutions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, promotion, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain financial products simply
- Target-driven mindset with proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Proficiency in basic digital tools and smartphone applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid motorcycle license and reliable transportation for site visits
- Resident of Jember or Banyuwangi preferred
