- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing superior customer service and assistance with product selection.
- Assist customers in the loading and assembly of furniture to ensure their complete satisfaction with their purchase.
- Set up and maintain attractive, organized, and clean product displays to attract potential buyers.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves to ensure products are always available.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to lift, carry, and assemble furniture (up to 30-50 lbs) comfortably.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of furniture assembly is a plus but on-the-job training will be provided.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the Puregold Magalang branch.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping seasons.
