Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily inventory checks and stock management for sanitaryware products
- Perform direct selling and product demonstrations to customers
- Generate detailed sales reports and performance analytics
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service and product consultations
- Actively promote new product lines and promotional campaigns
- Maintain optimal product displays and merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sanitaryware products preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficient in basic sales reporting tools
- Resident of Cileungsi or surrounding areas preferred
- Target-driven with proven sales achievement record
