Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure product availability and accurate inventory management
- Perform direct selling activities to promote and sell sanitaryware products to customers
- Create detailed sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers, addressing inquiries and providing product recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate product benefits
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or marketing certification is a plus
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in building materials, home improvement, or sanitaryware
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Basic computer literacy for creating sales reports and maintaining customer records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sanitaryware products and industry trends is advantageous
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with good command of local dialects in the Blitar area
