Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer focus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer literacy for sales systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shift-based hours
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English beneficial for tourist interactions
