Tanggung Jawab
- Promote Indodana's paylater products to retail customers in Jakarta Utara
- Educate consumers on product features, benefits, and application processes
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through effective customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store management
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve product inquiries
- Report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management
- Participate in product training to maintain up-to-date knowledge
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome to apply
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced retail environments
- Strong target-driven mindset with achievement-oriented attitude
- Basic computer literacy for reporting tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Reside in or near Jakarta Utara area
