Tanggung Jawab
- Promote Indodana's paylater products through direct customer engagement at retail locations
- Deliver clear, compelling product demonstrations and benefit explanations
- Achieve monthly sales targets through persuasive customer acquisition strategies
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports using company systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store staff
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and compliance requirements
- Participate in regular training sessions and team performance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education
- 1+ years of experience in sales, promotions, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with target-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in field-based retail environments
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital tools and reporting
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to travel across designated West Java territories
