Tanggung Jawab
- Promote Indodana paylater products to retail customers in Purwakarta-Subang area
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on payment benefits
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
- Collect customer feedback and market insights for product improvement
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
- Participate in promotional events and store activations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or promotions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of financial products is advantageous
- Target-driven with proven sales track record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid SIM and willingness to travel within Purwakarta-Subang
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia
