Tanggung Jawab
- Promote Indodana's paylater products to retail customers through engaging demonstrations
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers
- Provide accurate product information and support customer inquiries
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
- Submit daily sales reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective promotional strategies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Target-driven with proven ability to meet KPIs
- Strong presentation skills and ability to explain complex products simply
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, email)
- Validated work permit for Indonesia
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
