Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of 5-8 sales promoters to achieve monthly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective promotional strategies aligned with regional market trends
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with marketing department to execute promotional campaigns
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure promotional materials are adequately stocked
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly
- Generate weekly sales reports and performance analytics
- Train new promoters on product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales leadership or team management role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in FMCG or retail sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to inspire teams
- Proficiency in Indonesian and basic English communication
- Deep understanding of Banyuwangi market dynamics preferred
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
