Indodana is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Promoter Team Leader to join our growing team in Cikarang, Bekasi. As a leading digital lending platform in Indonesia, we are committed to expanding our market presence and connecting with customers through exceptional service. In this role, you will not only act as a brand ambassador for our fintech solutions but also lead a team of sales promoters to achieve daily sales targets and drive product adoption. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales promoters to ensure optimal performance and high morale.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide constructive feedback to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Achieve individual and team-based sales targets for Indodana’s digital lending products.
- Represent Indodana professionally at retail outlets, pop-up events, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer leads, and team performance reports.
- Collaborate with the operations team to strategize and implement effective sales campaigns.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations professionally on the field.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales team leader or supervisory role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines under pressure.
- Basic understanding of financial products or digital lending is a strong plus.
- Valid Indonesian ID Card (KTP), Nationality, and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) is required.
