Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 5-8 sales promoters to achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Develop and implement promotional strategies aligned with regional market trends
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide actionable feedback
- Coordinate with marketing department to execute in-store campaigns
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues effectively
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards
- Track competitor activities and report market insights to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales team leadership or retail supervision
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate teams
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing preferred
- Knowledge of Purwakarta-Subang retail market advantageous
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills
