Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5-8 sales promoters to achieve monthly sales targets
- Develop and implement data-driven promotional campaigns aligned with Indodana's product portfolio
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide actionable coaching for improvement
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key retail partners in Sidoarjo region
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and operational standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales leadership, preferably in FMCG/retail sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets through team management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales reporting tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in sales management or digital marketing is advantageous
