- Promote and demonstrate The Bath Box products effectively to potential customers in retail environments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store management
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and promotional goals
- Conduct product knowledge training for retail staff to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities
- Provide regular feedback to management on product performance and customer preferences
- Represent The Bath Box brand professionally at all times, maintaining brand standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, promotion, or retail customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect with diverse customers
- Strong presentation abilities and persuasive communication style
- Passion for beauty and personal care products with willingness to learn product details
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
