Join Staffinc Group as a Sales Promotion Specialist for Danone's grassroots initiatives and drive consumer engagement at the local level. This field-based role offers an exciting opportunity to represent one of Indonesia's leading FMCG brands while developing your sales and marketing expertise. You'll be the face of Danone in Cirebon, connecting directly with consumers and retailers to build brand loyalty and drive product visibility. The position requires mobility and adaptability as you'll cover designated territories to execute promotional campaigns, educate consumers, and ensure product availability. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute field-based sales promotions in assigned territories to maximize brand exposure
- Conduct consumer engagement activities and product demonstrations at retail points
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distribution partners
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective in-store promotions
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence for product improvement
- Collaborate with sales team to develop localized marketing strategies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or field promotions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with community engagement ability
- Willingness to work mobile/lapangan with flexible schedule
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Basic computer literacy and reporting capabilities
- Valid motorcycle license and own transportation
- Knowledge of FMCG industry and Danone products is advantageous
