Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a dynamic Sales Promotion Executive to promote our premium food seasoning products in traditional markets across Bandung and surrounding areas. As a Sales Promotion Executive, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, demonstrating product features, conducting taste tests, and building relationships with traditional market vendors. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and taste tests at traditional markets in Bandung and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with market vendors and key stakeholders
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotional offers to potential customers
- Collect valuable customer feedback and market insights to inform product improvements
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities
- Track sales performance and submit regular activity reports to management
- Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns as scheduled
- Ensure brand standards are maintained during all customer interactions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference given to candidates with a bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or promotion is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of traditional market dynamics in the Bandung area
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple locations
- Basic knowledge of food products and seasoning ingredients is advantageous
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if applicable to travel requirements)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
