Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales through effective product demonstrations and personalized customer consultations
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to maintain attractive and organized product displays
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to prevent sales disruptions
- Provide exceptional customer service including product recommendations and after-sales support
- Actively promote new products and special promotions to boost sales conversion
- Maintain clean and inviting store environment according to company standards
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document customer feedback and sales data for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong product knowledge and interest in home décor industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and inventory tracking
- Physical stamina for standing during shifts and lifting products (up to 10kg)
- Professional appearance with strong personal grooming standards
