In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving product awareness, engaging with potential customers, and directly contributing to our sales targets.
We are looking for a candidate who is not only persuasive but also capable of building lasting relationships with our clientele. You will be provided with the necessary training to understand our product range thoroughly, allowing you to provide professional recommendations and excellent service. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach customers to introduce and demonstrate product features.
- Achieve and exceed daily or monthly individual sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and inviting presence at the retail booth or store area.
- Provide detailed information and answer customer inquiries regarding product specifications and benefits.
- Ensure product displays are well-organized, clean, and fully stocked according to company standards.
- Report daily sales data and customer feedback to the store supervisor.
- Assist in executing promotional campaigns and marketing activities to drive store traffic.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or promotion is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a competitive environment.
- Professional appearance and a well-groomed demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for daily reporting is an advantage.
