In this role, you will be the face of our products, engaging with customers, building brand awareness, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.
As an SPG for MOVI, you will play a crucial role in our market expansion. We are looking for someone who is not just a seller, but a brand ambassador who can provide excellent service and product knowledge to potential customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell MOVI products to customers in the assigned Bali area.
- Maintain high standards of product knowledge to provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries.
- Achieve daily and monthly individual sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and aesthetic appeal of the display area or booth.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff and potential customers.
- Prepare regular sales reports and inventory updates for the area supervisor.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to boost brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education equivalent to Senior High School (SMA/SMK).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Attractive appearance and professional grooming standards.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to work in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience as an SPG, retail staff, or in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Residing in or willing to be stationed in the Bali area.
