Are you passionate about coffee and thrive in customer-facing environments? Secret Garden Village, home to the renowned Black Eye Coffee brand, is looking for a vibrant and energetic Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) to join our team in Badung, Bali. As the face of our local coffee brand, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving product awareness, and boosting sales in our retail locations.
We take pride in our premium, locally-sourced coffee products. In this role, you will do more than just sell; you will become a brand ambassador, educating visitors on the rich history and unique profiles of our coffee beans. If you possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in the coffee industry, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a brand ambassador for Black Eye Coffee, maintaining a professional and welcoming image at all times.
- Provide detailed information to customers regarding coffee bean origins, flavor profiles, and brewing recommendations.
- Proactively engage with store visitors to drive product interest and meet daily/monthly sales targets.
- Manage product displays and ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Collect customer feedback to assist in improving our service and product offerings.
- Participate in periodic product training and promotional event activations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or as an SPG is highly preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing, and communicative personality with a passion for sales.
- Willing to work on a contract basis with a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good command of spoken Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Well-groomed appearance and a positive work attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
