As the face of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in driving our retail success by providing exceptional service and product expertise to our valued customers.
In this role, you will be stationed at our high-traffic counter, where you will engage with a diverse clientele. Your ability to communicate effectively and build instant rapport will be the key to your success. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Radikari with professionalism at all times.
- Provide proactive customer service to visitors at the counter, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and education to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain the aesthetic appeal and organization of the retail counter and display area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Accurately record daily sales transactions and inventory reports as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English (active/fluent) is mandatory for this role.
- Possess a charming personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work on a full-time schedule, including weekends and shifts if required.
