Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach and engage potential customers at our retail locations to introduce PT Novatu technology products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly to prospective buyers to drive interest.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing product display area consistent with company branding.
- Provide accurate and professional information regarding product pricing, availability, and technical specifications.
- Achieve and exceed daily or weekly sales targets set by the management team.
- Collect and report customer feedback and market insights to the sales supervisor.
- Maintain excellent relationships with store staff and management to ensure optimal product placement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an SPG, particularly within the Technology or Gadget industry, is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional attitude at all times.
- High energy, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based retail environment.
- Proficiency in basic sales techniques and ability to learn technical product details rapidly.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
