Tanggung Jawab
- Execute in-store product promotions and demonstrations at assigned retail outlets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key retail staff
- Ensure optimal product visibility through strategic merchandising and display setup
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify sales opportunities
- Track and report daily sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback
- Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives in retail environments
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or product promotion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of retail merchandising principles
- Resident of Bandar Lampung or willingness to relocate
