Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily product sampling and demonstrations to engage potential customers at assigned outlets.
- Actively promote and sell company products to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of product display, cleanliness, and brand visibility in retail outlets.
- Provide accurate and insightful feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet managers and retail staff.
- Record daily sales data and inventory levels accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales strategies and performance updates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education of High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in retail or sales is a significant advantage.
- Possess a proactive, outgoing, and communicative personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays based on outlet schedules.
- Strong interest in brand marketing and customer-facing roles.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance and attitude.
- Resident of or willing to be placed in the Tangerang Selatan area.
