Tanggung Jawab
- Execute product sampling campaigns to introduce and promote our brand to consumers in high-traffic areas.
- Effectively demonstrate product features and benefits to drive purchase decisions and product trial.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding customer service to enhance brand loyalty.
- Manage sampling areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with strict brand standards.
- Collect and report customer feedback and market observations to the management team for product improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Monitor inventory levels of sampling materials and request replenishments as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred; High School Diploma holders are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and friendly demeanor.
- High energy, positive attitude, and ability to engage with people from all backgrounds.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping seasons.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and consumer behavior.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors or in retail spaces.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting purposes.
